1998 – Conservation of the St Michael statue. The north porch was built in the 14th century of Wolverton stone. It has a fine decorated ceiling. During the 1980s the Still Chapel was decorated and refurnished. The Bettesthorne Chapel(now the St Matthew Chapel) had windows repaired, lime washed the walls and a new stoneshelf was installed for the Piscina (a shallow basin placed near the altar used for washing thecommunion vessels). The North Parvis room painted and windows repaired.
